"As you already know, Miguel came out promptly at 8:00am yesterday, and 1), satisfactorily answered my question about the sealing of our chimney cap, and 2), helped me open the furnace exhaust and water heater exhaust pipes in the chimney to inspect what rubble may have fallen into them from the masonry repair work done at the roof level. As it turned out, there was a small amount in the furnace flue - not enough to block the passage, but perhaps a quarter of a bucket full. I felt very good to have that accumulation cleaned out and the passage made completely open.

Aside from all these questions, now completely cleared up, we were well pleased with the work of both your masons and your roofing men.
